Terms of Service
We appreciate you selecting AccuServ®. Although your equipment’s manufacturer does not authorize us, we will use our best efforts to help solve your problems.
Customer Payment Information: You agree to pay us, before we leave from your location for, consulting, or time at your location, at $69.00 service call charge,$1.00 per mile, $22.00 for each 15 minutes of man-hours; plus miscellaneous charges, parts and tax. If payment is not received according to these terms, you will have a delinquent account.
If your equipment has Electronically Stored Data that is valuable, do not have us begin service until you have that data reproduced or backed up at your location. Backups you perform should be easily accessible and recoverable. It is not a question of “IF” but “WHEN” it will be needed.
If backups are not possible, it is highly recommended you use AccuServ®’s Data Recovery service. This service needs to be requested when you leave your equipment with AccuServ®. AccuServ® cannot be held to a higher standard than the originator of the data and all data are solely your responsibility. Consequently, you agree to hold us harmless and not responsible for any data, regardless of whether or not you choose to use our data recovery services.
Equipment Disposal: AccuServ® retains the right to seize by means of Salvage, Sale, or Disposal of any equipment or data left with AccuServ® exceeding 60 calendar days after our 1st attempt to contact you for removal. This seizure can occur without any compensation to you. This right of seizure applies to both declined estimates, and paid or approved estimates. Seizure does not remove your responsibility to pay for the service. If state law supercedes this policy, AccuServ® is not liable for more than the cash value of the equipment when left with AccuServ®.
Bounced Checks: Because of the critical time nature of returned checks, we usually try to clear a check once before notifying you or a third party. AccuServ® or the third party will then notify you that you have written a bad check. We charge $30.00 on returned checks. This amount plus any applicable sales tax will be added to the returned check. Make prompt payment by mail to AccuServ® by money order, certified or cashier’s check. After your payment is received, your returned check will be mailed to you and collection procedures stopped. Delinquent charges may apply to all bad checks.
Delinquent Account: AccuServ® charges 1.5% per month interest, or the maximum allowed by law, which ever is greater, of the outstanding balance, after invoicing or billing, whichever is sooner. There can be an additional $20.00 delinquency fee added for each invoice, to your outstanding balance plus any allowed statutory fees. You agree to pay all Collection and Attorney Fees associated with collecting the account. Make prompt payment by mail to AccuServ®.
You also agree to pay and approve of any expenses to Repossess, File a Lien, or File a Security Interest for any parts or labor we have provided. You also grant us the right without encumbrances to repossess any equipment we have provided or performed labor.
AccuServ® gives up to ONE (1) year Limited Warranty for non-consumable parts we install. Equipment/parts sales carry that vendor's or manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty service can be obtained by returning the equipment to the location where the service or sale was performed. AccuServ® has a 30-day limited warranty on labor we perform. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage or failures that result from shipment, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, memory or data loss, software errors, acts of God, or servicing performed by anyone other than an authorized AccuServ® service center. AccuServ® will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages; or for loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of or the inability to use the equipment, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. There are no express or implied warranties except as listed above. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Miscellaneous: You authorize that 10% of labor be added to your repair as miscellaneous. This charge reimburses us for those items not directly linked to any single work order. Such items are clerical, managerial, computing, parts maintenance, printing, tools, utilities, and consumables.
Used parts may be utilized. All shipping is F.O.B. AccuServ®.

Carry-In Customer Information
Terms of Service
AccuServ® offers our customers special Same Day Service for an additional fee of 1.5 times the minimum technical fee. If you drop off an item before 10a.m., we will have an estimate for you by 6p.m. that same day. After 10a.m., we will have your Same Day Service estimate by 6p.m. the following business day. Otherwise, units will be serviced on a first-in-first-out basis.
The Minimum Technical Fee (MTF) covers initial diagnosis and testing phases of service. Although the MTF is not refundable or transferable, it can be applied to the completed repair charges.
