Minimum Technical Fee

The Minimum Technical Fee (MTF) covers the examination and diagnosis of your unit.  If the technician can repair it for that amount, they will - if not, they will call you with an estimate for repair and let you know what is wrong with your equipment.

This fee applies towards the total cost of the repair.  Here are some common units we bring in for repair and their MTFs:

Same-Day Service

If you need your unit back as quickly as possible, take advantage of our Same-Day Service. If you bring your unit in before 10:00am, we will work to have your unit repaired on the same day. (If it is brought in after 10:00am, it would be for the next business day.)

If the repair requires extensive labor or we would need to order parts for the repair, we will at least provide you with an estimate on the same day and have your unit repaired as quickly as possible. Our Same-Day Service adds 50% to the Minimum Technical Fee.
