extremely frustrating. You need your
computer to make your life
easier, not harder, so bring your
computer in when it goes down
and and we'll get you up and
running again.

Here are some of the common problems we repair and their causes:

• Runs Slow

  • Viruses
  • Too many programs installed and running in the background
• Won't Boot to Windows

  • Windows is corrupted
  • Bad hard drive or other hardware problems
  • Software compatibility issues
• Won't Turn On

  • Bad power supply, motherboard, or other hardware problem

 
To get started on your computer repair:

• Bring it by our service center at 4811 Lamar, in Mission, KS, or
• Drop off at a delivery location in Independence or Gladstone. (Please call first - 913-432-0000.)

Our computer repair services generally run about 4-6 business days out, so if you would like your computer back more quickly, request our Same-Day Service.

Our Minimum Technical Fee for standard service is $69.
